Just a prime choice for a quick stop in Plano with excellent value for money. The updated decor is modern and refreshing, and the view of the fountain was a nice touch. Don’t miss grabbing a coffee at the new Starbucks on site.

Family with children perfect place for a staycation

Had a great time here, especially with the staff going above and beyond. The bar staff were fantastic, even gave my son a happy birthday surprise, a little kindness goes a long way.

Our family enjoyed a lovely stay in this hotel, ideally located near shopping and dining. The spacious room was perfect for us, and we even brought our beloved dog! The warm atmosphere and excellent cleanliness enhanced our experience truly.

My kids wished for a better play area for their downtime. A kid-friendly space would make this hotel even more appealing for families.

Modern aesthetics and convenient location

The hotel features renovated rooms with a modern design that really enhances the overall stay. I loved the outdoor heated swimming pool and the nearby scenic lake, perfect for relaxing. However, the lack of complimentary water in the room was a disappointment, as it's a basic expectation for hotels at this level.

Had a great time with friends! We explored The Shops at Legacy and had fun at the Crayola Experience. The walkability was awesome, and the hotel staff was super accommodating. Make sure to check out the hiking trails nearby too!

I had such high hopes for this hotel given the anticipation for our annual company meeting. The location is great, close to shops, and check-in went smoothly. My room was mostly clean, though the lack of carpet felt off to me. I struggled to find functioning outlets, which made my stay a bit inconvenient. The food quality didn't meet my expectations either. I ordered the turkey BLT and simply did not enjoy it. Room service was frustrating, as my request for simple modifications led to an unhelpful response from staff who seemed bothered. Breakfast was nice when included in the event, but I came across some rude interactions I didn’t appreciate. The management really needs to focus on their staff's attitudes, as it brought the experience down significantly. I think this hotel has potential but could use some serious improvements in service consistency and responsiveness.

The revamped lobby and the comfy rooms made me feel right at home! I loved relaxing by the outdoor pool and enjoying the jacuzzi after a long day. The only small hiccup was that the breakfast had limited options, but it didn’t ruin my awesome stay! 😊
